[Sample Presentation] Resin Cleaning Agent for Plastic Molding Machines 'Aresclaw'

Reduce cleaning time by one-third! Carbide removal, color change, and resin change are possible without damaging the molding machine! *Sample and case materials available.

The high-performance purge agent "Arescl" for plastic molding machines can be used by simply blending 5% with your existing base range at molding temperatures of 150 to 430°C, allowing for the removal of carbon deposits, color changes, and resin changes without damaging the molding machine. Conventional purge agents, typically made with glass-filled resins, physically removed carbon deposits, which could damage the internal components of the molding machine. However, with the introduction of Arescl, the image of purge agents will shift towards "cleaning." 【Key Points】 ◎ Capable of removing carbon deposits adhered to metal surfaces ◎ Achieves a residual “0” inside the molding machine ◎ Eliminates talc, tantalite, titanium oxide, and pigments ◎ Compatible with almost all resins with just one grade (molding temperatures of 150 to 430°C) ◎ Recyclable, offering significant environmental and cost benefits ★ Free Samples Available ★ If you would like a sample, please specify your "intended use" and contact us through the information below.

Explaining how to choose a professional-grade resin cleaning agent (purging agent)!

Choosing the appropriate grade is important for effective cleaning. We will explain how to handle various resins, from general-purpose resins to engineering plastics and super engineering plastics.

"Selpurge" is a cleaning agent for injection molding machines and extruders that excels in color change and black spot removal. It can shorten setup times and reduce resin discharge volume and material loss. Based on our knowledge and experience as a resin manufacturer, we introduce a theoretical method for selecting purge agents. [Points for Choosing Resin Cleaning Agents (Purge Agents)] ■ Is it for color change? What resin do you want to purge? ■ Is it for material change? What resin (subsequent material) will you be molding next? ■ Is it for black spot or carbon removal? What resin (subsequent material) will you be molding next? *If you would like a sample, please contact us or download the sample request form and feel free to apply via fax.
